The challenge

Find operational solutions to encourage passengers to dispose of their trash in the coach's only rubbish bin

Our response

25 nudges were designed, including :

- Signage on seats indicating the absence of individual waste bins.

- Litter bins dressed up as monsters to increase salience, making it easier and funnier to dispose of garbage. This flagship solution was named the Poubellator.

The results

Quality : complete disappearing of critical incidents: from 14% to 0%.

Client satisfaction: reversion of the downward trend.
