Graduated from ICN Business School , Richard is a seasoned marketer with more than 20 years’ experience on the client side (Danone, United Biscuits, Mondelez). Over the last 10 years, he has supported BVA growth as Innovation and Marketing Director and as a member of the Board. Over his career as a consultant, he has served global clients such as Nestlé, Novartis and BNP. Richard was also one of the co-founders of BVA Nudge Consulting in 2013. Early 2019, he relocated to Asia (Shanghai, and now Singapore) to open the APAC office of BVA Nudge Consulting as its regional CEO.
As a field practitioner, Richard has developed hybrid consulting capabilities combining customer experience, UX, design thinking and applied Behavioral Science. He is the author of the marketing book, Brands and consumers, the divorce EMS (2004, in French), and many award-winning papers (ESOMAR). Richard is also a keynote speaker at global industry events and a lecturer at leading French business schools HEC, AgroParisTech, TBS and a regular columnist in professional magazines such as Marketing, HBR.fr, Asia Research. Former VP of NudgeFrance, he remains an active sponsor of the AIM – European Brands Association initiative of “ Brands Nudging for Good ”, and member of various consultative boards and associations (AFNOR: excellence in customer experience, EGN, French Founders…)
