Helen is fascinated by how surroundings influence behavior. She joined BVA Nudge Consulting in 2022 with an interdisciplinary background in human-centered, sustainable design. In her prior role at the leading architecture firm Gensler, she specialized in workplace strategy and interiors, using physical space to shape organizational culture.
Born and raised in Milan, Helen moved to the United States to attend Cornell University, where she studied Design & Environmental Analysis. She loves to combine behavioral science and design thinking to create interventions aimed at making people healthier, more productive, and more sustainable.
