Pauline joined the BVA Nudge Consulting adventure… from its very beginning, almost 10 years ago.
A graduate of Sciences-Po Rennes, and always passionate about human behavior, Pauline began her career in qualitative studies (Added Value – BVA) before joining the BVA Nudge Consulting journey. Her goal at the time was to find new keys to understanding and analyzing human behavior, and above all, to create solutions that would reconcile people’s intentions with their behaviors!
Today, as Vice President of our French office, she leads our activities for private companies, particularly focusing on Customer Experience and the banking/insurance sector. Pauline is dedicated to understanding your customer experiences and how your clients live them, making them smooth and positively memorable.
With a passion for Behavioral Sciences, she also enjoys sharing her knowledge and is always ready to host a conference or training!
