The challenge
Support a government to change citizen’s, government agent’s and companies’ behaviors about water and electricity savings and cultivate a conservation culture
Our response
A one-year consulting approach in three big steps:
Diagnosis through quantitative and a qualitative studies to understand perceptions, levers and barriers, and to identify select targets and priority actions for the year
Support to construct and implement a behavior change program (including communication campaigns, BeSci interventions…)
Transferring knowledge through training and coaching
The results
This is an ongoing program. As of today, BVA has participated to the creation of a children’s Kit aimed at encouraging environmentaly friendly behaviors, an energy-saving tips repository and a Guide for Launching a '5 Stars' Home Appliances Campaign
